The McKenna family founded Hydra-Matic Packing Co., Inc. in 1945 and still owns and operates the company today. We are committed to providing quality services and products to our customers today. We have continued to grow and expand the company and have continued growth year after year. We have approximately 100,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space.

Our Process
Consultation
Initial consultation is an integral part of our prototyping and material conversion services. After we learn and have a complete understanding of the customer’s product and specifications we will start the prototype process.
Prototypes provide clients with a tangible model of exactly what a product will look like before it is converted and manufactured. Prototyping is an essential part of our product development process. Hydra-Matic’s product development process offers the highest quality prototype technologies. Our on-site services include multiple or short run manufacturing.

We use manufacturing techniques such as 5S, visual controls, set up reduction and standard operations to help us in controlling cost so that we can keep our pricing under control in this very competitive environment.
